Happy Valentine's Day

It has been quite a long time since my last post.

Lessons have been tiring since the start of this year. The workload has also gotten much more exhausting. Especially this week. I have been sleeping less than five hours each day.

School has been the usual I guess. It's never a good thing to have your lessons ending earlier than other classes. Teachers will often try to give us extra lessons and we will end either as late as or later than other classes.

Choir has been quite fun, since we are singing White Horses. Then again, I think it is a little disconcerting when Yibin asks the Secondary Ones to think of me and my non-existent prince when singing the song. I don't think they get it anyway. We still have to teach the new members Diu Diu Dang A and Joiku or Regina Caeli, depending on what Mrs Lim decides.
Practice on Thursday was alright I think. Teryne was the only one who was singing the "Ahh" part but somehow, all the Sop1s will have to sing it now. Oh well.

Yesterday was long and I was counting down to the end of school throughout the whole day. I was really exhausted and by 2pm, my mind had already stopped functioning properly. I just stared at the screen and didn't really absorb anything. Splashing my face with cold water didn't help too. Maybe it's because I haven't been sleeping much.
I'm really relieved that the class likes my Valentine's gift to them. I have to thank my mum for helping me with the origami hearts. And no, I don't have a Valentine, thank you very much. xD

During a particuler E. Math lesson in class...

"Girls, what is the most important thing you must have when drawing a straight line?"
"A ruler."
"Huh?! Oh, yes, that is important. But what is the next important thing?"
"A ruler and paper."
"Well, those are important. But what I wanted you all to say was we need two points to draw a straight line!"

And before our Social Studies class test...

"I'm going to die!!! I'm really going to die!"
"No you are not going to die. And please do not die in the classroom. Otherwise I will have to write a report on your death and I hate writing reports."

And to end off this post...

"See, you have people literally falling at your feet!"
"Yeah..But it's the wrong gender.."
"Oh. True."
