Choir on Monday was the usual, we ran through most of the concert's repertoire. By next week, all the songs must be memorised. El Barquito is quite a nice song but it's definitely difficult to sing it with the different actions, beats, and dynamics. I'm trying my best to tackle the snapping of fingers part.
CIP was fun as usual. Yesterday, while I was doing Thaumatrope in the morning, a girl of maybe two to three years old came up to me and hugged me. She's adorable!! Since the mum said that she was too young to colour, her brother sat down to do it instead. His colouring isn't really good so I helped him do a thaumatrope and gave it to him. They are really cute.
I did Balancing Butterfly after lunch. Anna, Evangeline, Ziyu and I had to run all the way from JEC to Science centre coz we didn't keep track of the time. Ate unagi don at the food court there ^^
Brought jelly beans so Sihui and I shared them while sitting next to the saga seeds looking bored. Many people came to ask us what are saga seeds... I told them they are a kind of seed - doesn't answer the question though. I seriously don't know what kinda tree do they come from...saga tree? is there such a tree? Oh well.
Yesterday was many people's last day of CIP. Sheena said that if she can continue, she would. She gave me a thaumatrope featuring an elephant in a cage with her signature and the time [including seconds] and date on it. In return, I gave her one of my balancing butterflies. The elephant looked like a hamster though... Btw, I did a butterfly family tree yesterday coz I was that bored. Unfortunately, Evangeline and Sihui didn't know how to appreciate them at all. Too bad for them.

For the benefit of those in doubt: This poem is 100% by me. Period.
I did CIP at Science Centre on Monday to Wednesday. Yeah, many found it crazy that I was willing to travel for almost two hours to Jurong. Well, I found it fun doing CIP there though. Monday was okay. Anna and Evangeline got irritated by my comments on how cute the children were. The children were adorable!!! That's one of the reasons why I wanna work there. If only I can have them as my siblings. I was grouped with Anna and Evange on Tuesday too. And this boy from Korea did a cartwheel in front of us in the afternoon. He is really spontaneous 0-0 And after that, he just took one of the chairs in front of me and told me about his age. He is six years old but in Korea, he's seven and he knows how to do cartwheels and he is really proud of that. He likes to draw tanks and proceeded to draw some for me. He took the paper meant for zoetrope.
Wednesday, Ziyu and Andro came. I got grouped with Andro and Clement who came on Tuesday too. We did the twirler in the morning. I love twirlers ^^ But it was also because of it's appeal that we went off late for lunch. Since I was fed up with eating McDonald's and Andro and Clement aren't that enthusiastic about eating there either, we went to some hawker centre to eat. It was a bad idea to sit there to wait for time to pass though. Andro and I were just stuck there being silent while Clement finished his tea. He said that the lady who took his order for his teh must have worked in those wayang operas before since she can shout freaking loud. DIAO. And then for like 30min there was no conversation at all...there was nothing to talk about. Nothing. Then we walked all the way back.
Then it was puzzle cart D. All three of us felt so inferior when this girl came and managed to fix up a wooden cube in a matter of seconds while we couldn't figure it out. Then this China woman came and just sat on the footstool meant for little toddlers to step on if they were too short to reach and started talking to us. She asked about Singapore's education. Clement was the one who was replying coz Andro couldn't be bothered and I couldn't understand her accent. He lied that three of us are the same age and we are sec3s. Wow. And surprisingly, that lady seemed to believe him entirely. None of us are fifteen for goodness sake. He's seventeen and we are not even sec2s. Sheesh.
Anyway, Anna and Evange heard about it and called us 'seniors' after that. We went over to their booth at the other side after we packed up. I did a nice butterfly there. Andro and the others were saying that I do not act my age. I mean, what's wrong with doing a balancing butterfy? There's no age limit. And Clement had to choose that time to get lost. Andro and I panicked since the card to the volunteer room was with me and he can't get inside without it. We had to search for him and it was all very annoying. Turned out that he managed to follow someone else back =.= He got lost somewhere in the marine alcove. Anyway, Andro dedicated a post to him so you can read about him on her blog.
The next day I had choir. We couldn't get into the room in the arts con. since the lady was missing so everyone had to wait outside and practised the songs in the corridor. It was only until ten plus that we could all go in and enjoy the air con. Went with Juniper for lunch. Also bought the other books that I need from the bookshop during that period.
Oh, and I managed to successfully peel an orange without getting hurt yesterday. Serious. Although I took about 20min to do it, I did it! I spent the first five minutes planning how to cut it and how to peel the skin away. But anyway, I feel a great sense of accomplishment- afterall, this is my first time =]]
Well, that probably sums up my week. This is my longest post ever. Round of applause please =]

The waiter there said that my mum looks 26...0_0 My mum does look younger than her age but not that young... Overall it was nice. My mum and I bought a bear for Auntie Clara's and Uncle Teck Leong's birthdays.
My mum and I went over to Kino afterwards. Love that place. I bought three mangas ^^ Took 518 home and fell asleep on the way [ but I woke up once after banging my head against the window - it still hurts ].
Since there's nothing much to post about, I shall do one of the many memes Sihui posted on her blog. [tagged by sihui]
Please read the rules first: Each player of the game starts off by giving 6 weird things about themselves. People who get tagged needs to write in a blog of their own of 6 weird things as well as state the rules clearly. In the end, you'll need to choose 6 people to be tagged and list their names.
1 I am obsessed with jrock currently although I don't know the language - I think that's very weird too. It started when I heard UVERworld's songs and Kazoku.
2 I get distracted by classical music while doing work but don't get affected [in fact I get motivated] by rock music at all.
3 taste in guys: pretty boys/bishonens?? This is according to what my mum said. But I do like Takeru, Hiroto, Danson [Tang Yu Zhe] and Yamamoto Kisuke kind of look.
4 I love visual kei.
5 No matter how many hours I sleep, I will still feel sleepy and half-awake most of the time.

Multiple personalities occur when a person's identity dissociates to the extent that separate existences form, with their very own "identities, family backgrounds, different ways of relating to their surroundings". Dissociative identity disorder most probably may have derived from being too stressed, dissociative capacity, or the lack of care during childhood and in response to any abuse or lack of protection against any traumas. Children are born without a unified identity, it is developed from their experiences and many other sources. Hence, traumas would block this development, leading to a separate identity. It is quite rare though.
My mum finds it creepy. She bought it for me despite the fact that her colleague deemed it boring as she said that what others usually find boring, I will like it and vice versa. -_-
We sang five songs yesterday. Finally learnt the whole of El Barquito. It's a complicated song though. Well, at least it is to me. The rest of the songs were okay. I had some difficulties singing because of my phlegm though. But managed it through and after all, I have pretty much recovered.

I wonder when will my class be able to talk to each other. I mean, the atmosphere in the room is akin to that of a funeral parlour's. Everyone's so stone-faced. Especially the guys. Yes, even when the primary school boy's guitar crashed into the stand, creating a commotion, no one said anything or expressed any facial expressions. I was too afraid to even giggle. ... I foresee a very silent class in the near future. I mean, everyone just comes in and sit. Then pluck some strings and learn some music theory and go.
I hate holiday homework. They are a hindrance. Feeling real annoyed by the homework given...have I mentioned that I hate holiday homework?

It was due to this that she hates birthday parties.
I love this skin. Really. It's perfect.
My mum gave me a book and a really lovely, heart-warming card. =]]]] The book was about a true story, of a woman, with 16 split personalities - two of whom were men, lived her life. 16 personalities. Imagine, one moment a woman and another a man 0_______0 then followed by a young bimbo, then a babaric person - okay, I'm just freaking myself out here. Shall start on the book after this.
I'm a bit amused that my wish for it to rain today came halfway true. I wished that it would rain. But it stopped raining after morning. I think it would help if a wish were to be more specific, like: let it rain for the whole day.
Anyway, it wouldn't be practical for it to rain the whole day since my relatives came over to celebrate my birthday with me. We went to Eastpoint as Tampines Mall would be crowded. Had table barbeque. I think we took too much. I'd almost wanted to puke after eating so much. While the adults were finishing up the meal, Ivan and I went over to Popular to browse through their stuff.
Then came the shopping. My fourth aunt and my mum were discussing over how on earth do you seat at the extendable table in v.hives. The table was extended such that, it's very difficult to seat two people instead of one as what it was supposed to be. Coz the table leg was in the way. So maybe one of them may have to sit with the table leg in between. Anyway, the guy there said they just have to squeeze or sit like what i've mentioned. -.-
Off we went to challenger's after that and on to some indie fashion shop with lotsa cool stuff. Fooled around with the hats and necklaces. I really like caps...
My aunt and mum found this really cute bermudas and asked me to try it. Turned out that it looked nice. Since it was my birthday, my aunt bought it for me =]] So nice of her. My relatives also bought me Boys Like Girls album. =]]
On to Mr Bean we went. We sat there and drank our soya bean drinks and walked back to Tampines.
Shall stop here. It's getting late. Ta.
Me, you and My Medication
Found my way to the highway
I don't wanna tell you the state I'm in
I've had too much to smoke too much to drink where have I been
It feels like the stars are getting closer and the sky is closing in
And I don't know where to begin
We're all looking for something
To take away the pain
Me and you and my medication(Making the best of it)
Love is just a chemical creation(Will it be permanent?)
Synthetic sensation
Me you and my medication
The way back to the right track maybe you can help me find the door
Is it too much to ask, too much too fast, too much to ignore
It feels like your body's getting closer but you seem so far away
Medicine make it okay
We're all looking for someone
To take away the pain
Me and you and my medication(Making the best of it)
Love is just a chemical creation(Will it be permanent?)
Synthetic sensation
Me you and my medication
Can you feel it? Do you feel it?
Coming down
You gotta get up
Can you get up
Off the ground
Can you hear it?
Can you hear me screaming?
Can you feel it? Do you feel it?
Coming down
You gotta get up
Can you get up
Off the ground
I wanna hear it
Wanna hear you breathing
We're all addicted to something
That takes away the pain
Me and you and my medication(Making the best of it)
Love is just a chemical creation(Will it be permanent?)
Synthetic sensation
Me you and my medication

Still feeling pretty headache-y though. Seems like I fall ill almost every holiday.
With me included, there are only three girls in my class and about seven boys, I think. The girl next to me had some difficulties holding the guitar with the footstool as she was wearing a skirt. Anyway, we had to introduce ourselves first and the teacher heard my name wrongly and thought my name was 'Eugene'. The real Eugene was late and came in later. This isn't the first time people have called me Eugene - does the name Eugene really sound like a girl's name? Lol, the Eugene in my class seriously looks like the Eugene from my kindergarden school. There was a boy from St. Hilda's Primary [ he's the youngest ] and somehow, I find the girls from Dunman High very familiar...I've forgot all their names already though. Maybe they were from SHPS too - my mum found their parents very familiar also.
After buying the guitar, my mum and I went upstairs to watch Stardust. It's quite nice but the ending was draggy. My mum thought the whole show was a bit boring. I like the pirates and the dead princes' ghosts. =]] But it was really weird seeing a pirate wearing a woman's corset.
Went for the family night/reunion on Saturday. Didn't know how to get to the chapel [ I forgot ] and so I followed some people all the way there. Almost everyone was there and Auntie Irene saw me as I opened the door. It's almost like the time when I first joined CF and we had our meetings in the chapel - just that this is family night. We started with a ice breaker game organized by Auntie Irene. It included toilet paper. Everyone was supposed to take the amount of toilet paper they use usually. Then auntie Irene would call out random people and these people will have to say something about themselves in accordance to how many squares of toilet paper they took. Didn't take part though.
Then Auntie Jac led in the singing. I left quite early so didn't stay for their performance.

I haven't said why I like the GazettE's Cassis. The lyrics are so touching - people have speculated that they were written by Ruki since he always writes sad lyrics. Anyway, Uruha and Aoi are really awesome on the guitars. Especially Uruha! He seriously is a pro. Okay, enough of that. I don't compare Alice Nine. to The GazettE though. They are two very different bands with different looks and songs.
Btw, here are the pictures of the class outing - all are taken from Sihui's camera. Paveta, Geraldine, Pamela and Phoebe got off at the wrong stop so we needed to wait for them at the Beach Station. It was quite funny when we saw them as we passed them on the train. We caused Tessa to wait for one hour at the beach - Sorry Tessa! And we walked and walked and walked to the beach under the sun. Everyone dumped their bags under a random tree and I stood guard. Was quite boring coz I couldn't play with the rest of the people. It began to rain shortly after and everyone, somehow, when the comm were busy, went over the bridge to the other side. Deb and Jessie took a long time to bring them back. Had to run in the rain to bring umbrellas too. AND, thanks for NOTHING, Tessa and I had to shift everyone's belongings so that they do not get wet. Although it was under the small shade, it was still wet so we had to shift the food and push everything in. How great of you guys to just leave like that and cause us to worry about you all. The ultimate was when some people played in the water when there was a high tide. We have SPECIFICALLY said that NO ONE is allowed near the water. The rule was useless anyway, coz people went there after the rain too. Got fed up with my wet and sandy shoes so I bought a pair of slippers. Tessa and I decided after a while to let everyone go coz we cant play anything [ the sand was wet ]. Took the bus to the station with the others and then to Vivo. Andro, Sihui, Me, and Deb on the monorail.

We went to Toys 'R' Us. Deborah being very extra in this picture.
Me with the witch hat, Deb with that silly wig, hazel with an orange pumpkin on her head=].jpg)
This morning, my mum tried to catch this huge cockroach in the hall. We ended up throwing the whole bin coz neither of us dared to overturn the bin - the cockroach was inside.
