There was Speech day performance rehearsal today so all those in Performing Arts had to stay back. Laura punished the whole choir to run round the parade square - even for those, like me, who were wearing uniform. So if you were there at that time, you would have seen weirdos running while clutching their skirts and blouses.
Ms Tham came today. While performing, she kept reminding us to SMILE, so much so that I felt like we were in a toothpaste advert instead. You know, the cogate and the darlie ones, whereby there will be a woman smiling like she will die if she doesn't and there will be sparkly stuff? Anyway, after singing, Ms Tham scolded Pearlyn as she wasn't focusing. Ms Tham said Pearlyn only smiled at Mr Ho who was adjusting the microphone at the front while we were singing. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH. Ms Tham said that Pearlyn didn't even spare her a glance while she was conducting us. Didn't know Pearlyn was so interested in smiling at people handling microphones.
Anyway, we sang terribly off-key to day =(( Hope would be better tomorrow.
